Every Reiki Session is Personalized Energy Healing. I cater each session to what the client needs, and what they request. I am very open and flexible in order to meet your wants and needs to my best ability.
All Reiki sessions include balancing of your chakras, as well as the energy in your physical body. I will also provide your body an opportunity to release any energy that is no longer serving you.
What I could also provide upon request.
Ease Physical Pain - I can shift all of my focus on a specific area of physical pain and use Reiki to assist your body in easing that pain.
Emotional healing = I can help you look into your emotions, while helping you to discover the root of them, then we can begin the process of releasing and healing. I can also assist you in releasing any lower vibrational emotions that you wish to have assistance with. Reiki can also ease anxiety, stress, and depression.
Heart Connection - I can help you connect to your heart to get answers that you have been searching for. (Your heart knows all your answers)
Allow Divine Direction - Upon request, I can share any messages that may be given to me on your behalf by angels from the highest heaven who have chosen to attend.
In Depth Channeling Session

What is In Depth Channeling?
First and foremost, I don’t believe in forecasting future events. Everything is in a constant state of change based on our choices and the choices of others, so how could I even guess what your future will be like? I will leave all of that up to God, or the Universe, or whichever Higher Power you believe in.
I look into your eyes and connect to your heart. Your heart will reveal some amazing qualities you were gifted with, along with some guidance on possible growth, should you choose to receive and accept the information.
During these sessions I invite angels from the highest heaven to join us. Those who attend typically offer information for you to ponder about, or offer messages that will comfort you.
Heart Centered Life Coaching

What is Life Coaching and why do you need it? First, there are many types of Life Coaches out there, but Heart Centered Life Coaching focuses on teaching you how to connect to your heart and then receive your answers to the questions you have been struggling with. The HEART is the secret sauce to faster and deeper healing.
So why do you need me? I will help you to find insights into what has been blocking you. I will help you to identify and break down those glass ceilings and walls that you may have built without even knowing it. I can assist you, hold space for you, and support you through facing those traumas that are holding you back, and finally healing them. Then you can take back control over your life winning the prize of turning triggers into glimmers.
But my passion, the thing that really sets my heart on fire, is helping you to love YOU! Unconditionally, RIGHT NOW. Not when you can lose weight, or get the job, or whatever else you tell yourself you need in order to love you. The truth is, when you love you, unconditionally, the world’s opinions no longer matter. You are free to chase your dreams, to sing or dance … even when people are around. You get to let your inner child out to play and laugh and live in joy. You get to shed all of your culturally created beliefs and just be you. You will be free to be authentically, amazingly, and wonderfully you. That is a beautiful thing.

Have you been thinking about becoming a Reiki Practitioner? I offer group classes, but I can also cater class schedules to individual student needs. Level 1 & 2 is a 16 hour course (typically over 2 days) and the Reiki Master is a 24 hour course (Typically over 3 days). I found that it was hard for some people to take time off work for class, so I also offer individualized classes where I take one student at a time and cater to their schedule the best I can.
After the Level 1 & 2 course you will be a certificated practitioner that may start taking clients. After 6 months of practice you are eligible for the Reiki Master Class. After completion of this course you will be able to teach Reiki level 1 & 2 as well as the Master class.
You can also take the class for your own benefit and the benefit of your family, you don’t have to take on clients. How you use the learned skills is completely up to you.
